International and Ithaca, NY based photographer, Sheryl Sinkow has had work published on the Grammy website in collaboration with Samite and Musicians for World Harmony, in Peter Jennings & Todd Brewster’s book, In Search of America, as well as various media publications around the world. The Paleontological Research Institution and its Museum of the Earth, Cornell University, Ithaca College and the Ithaca/TC Convention and Visitor’s Bureau are just a few of the many local organizations Sheryl works with to create photographs that document a story and make an emotional statement about her subjects. Her projects range from and include commercial and advertising work, portraiture, special event and weddings. Utilizing both digital and traditional camera systems (Nikon, Canon and Leica) enables Sheryl to capture images under extreme conditions – when electricity is available and when it’s not!
